03-18-2024Updated. Changed from a 2 star to a 4 star. I received a call based on this review from Public Storage. It appears the phone system for all of customer service. I still couldnt reach someone when I needed to. However, they took time to call back and make sure it got resolved. Thats good customer service. Not many companies doing that these days IMO. Thanks PS for the follow up. Ive tried multiple times to call the office. The phone rings once and then nothing, no additional rings and no response. Its hard to do business with a company I cant contact.
