08-11-2026I had a difficult situation going on in my life and Shannon could almost be considered a friend definitely someone who is understanding to lifes struggles and more than helpful I have had trouble in the past with contacting and getting my help from the other employees where I store my belongings but since Ive met Shannon Ive seen her often and she is always kind helpful and willing to listen or lend a hand.

07-18-2026I just wanted to say that I recently used your facility and dealt with the young lady there who her name was Shannon and I received from her such wonderful customer service it was a very stressful time for me and she eased my mind on a lot of things about having to leave things there that I've had for over 70 years I'm 76 years old. So I just wanted you to know that this young lady was perfect
