08-16-2026I had a concern about the rate. I hadnt checked my email; rate had increased, more than doubled. Manager explained that demand determines what rate is. I never go to bay. Manager requested an adjustment which was granted. Ashley called to advise me that rate change was granted. I appreciated it. Ive been to bay less than 1/2 dozen times since renting.

08-15-2026This company is very helpful and accommodating! Had accidentally signed up for the wrong location (using maps for the nearest location and not realizing the location I wanted was not open yet..), once I realized the mistake, i contacted the main number and the site manager. Both people whom I dealt with were very helpful, understanding, and efficient. They helped me "move out" of the one location and get on the wait list for the one I wanted with no issues and complaint. This effort and easiness alone tells me that this company is solid and will make for a great storage unit expereince!

The facility is clean, secure, and easy to accessbut what truly sets this location apart is the outstanding team. Ashley, the manager, is an absolute rock starprofessional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the perfect storage units for my needs. Kira, the assistant manager, is just as helpful and kind. Shes super friendly and always greets you with a smile. Whether it was helping with payment options or answering questions about my units, she made me feel like a valued customer every time I stopped by. If youre looking for a storage place with great service and amazing people running it, look no further. Huge thanks to Ashley and Kira for making my experience so positiveyall are the best!
