01-08-2024This place is infested with rats, everything I was storing was eaten through and covered with mold because the rats had chewed through the insulation in the roof causing a water leak. The property manager let me know that it was a known issue and they failed to inform the rest of the people renting in the building, so I continued to pay rent to store ruined and moldy items. The items will possibly be covered by insurance, but the pay out for roughly $6,000 worth of furniture is about $300 and it doesn't include the rent that I was paying to store ruined items. If they would have informed me of the rat issue, I would have moved my items before they were ruined and not continued to pay rent for items that are chewed up, covered in rat piss, and molding.
