02-15-2026I have been a customer with this Public Storage facility for years & I have always received amazing service! Jamie and her team are amazing! She has worked with me when I had pay late, waived fees at times when I would have lost my unit and is always a pleasure to work with! The facility is clean, and safe for anything you may want to store there. I highly recommend this storage facility! Jamie manages multiple properties, so make sure you call and find the shortage facility closes to you! Thank you for everything, Jamie!

02-11-2026BEWARE!! If there was a 0 star option I would definitely select that instead of 1!! These public storages are run from a kiosk and you will never be able to get ahold of anyone on the phone! Ive been trying to reach out for the past 6 weeks in a response to cancel out my unit from December 4th and they have yet to answer me or stop my automated payments. I requested them to stop my service multiple times and they completely disregard the request. They finally answered me 6 weeks after and then I was told I needed to cut my lock off for them to stop it after I expressed I moved out of state in December and called in and relayed that message (was never told that I needed to cut lock off or requested that service) continued to charge me $515 a month. Ive called the customer service and they just route you to the property management voice mail and we will NEVER get a response back. Ive used multiple storage facilities and never have had any issues like this before. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GO WITH A LOCAL COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT PROPER COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
