02-12-2024Do not rent a storage unit here!!! They raise your rent constantly and intentionally make it so high, so they can auction it off. This is a money thing for them. These things are full of our lives, family pictures, family heirlooms, are treasure of our lives. This company has raised my rent so many times. I was 10.00 late on rent and they charged me 450.00 on the first. My rent was 250.00. Plus if I dont pay the 450.00 by the 15th they will charge another 50.00. Money pit. Criminal business in my opinion. I needed a place to put my life in for a time and ended up paying a fortune. They say oh well. They dont care about you, they only care about squeezing every dime they can and take your stuff. I have had storage units before, but never like this company.
