I stopped in to pay my storage bill on March 2, 2024 and Crystal,( the property manager) provided exceptional and excellent service for me. Crystal was professional and courteous to me as she addressed my concerns immediately. She took the time to help me resolve an issue. I was extremely happy. Crystal needs to be commended for her exceptional job performance. She is certainly an asset to public storage. Thank you! Mary Tashjian
Such an easy experience to obtain a unit at this facility. I had a unit reserved on line, next day I went in, finalized with the agent and was brought up to my unit. Very clean facility. It is a little scary going alone, just because its so quiet and the corriders are long and the place is huge. I did notice cameras all over. But super happy that I can declutter my basement and have a fresh new space to live.
I work for a moving company. We come here often. The elevator is always broken and the stairs are on the opposite side of the building. This is the dumbest storage facility I've ever been too and I've been to alot.
