01-29-2024A month ago, When I open my storage unit the customer service was great , really helpful and amicable, today I got a call about a pass due bill , I though that my account was in autopay and they are charging $10 dollars that were not charge when I opened the unit , plus $20 in late fees. I explain to the customer service representative and she was really rude, she didnt let me talk and she hanged up. I called back and she was extremely rude and unprofessional treating me really bad. Terrible experience she treated me like I was a criminal! Just call ask for the CC and thats it.

01-11-2024This is by far the best public storage location I have rented at , the facility is maintained and its always clean. There is plenty of parking and its never too busy , I can go to my storage unit without a problem. The ladies in the front desk are by far the best part of this storage facility, Elizabeth is the best ! Shes always so helpful and answers all my questions, she always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help anyone. Her customer service is superb, if anyone need to rent a I recommend you speak with Elizabeth. I recommend this location for all your storage and packing needs.
