03-31-2024This use to be life storage which was amazing. I have a 5x5 and was paying under $70. Then public storage bought them out and now its new ownership. These owners raised my rent to over $115 with no notice no warning just instant raise and high fees. If youre a few days late they charge hefty lien fees making it almost impossible to pay so they can steal your items and sell them. Living out of town its extremely stressful when calling. Most times the phone is not answered and theres no way at times to leave a voicemail. This is a shady shady shady business I would never trust them with my personal items total scam snake oil salesmen company.
