02-16-2024Nah dont bother. Unless this is how storage units operate, they increase your cost every 6 months by $20-$30. And all they keep saying as excuse is inflation. What is inflating.. the doors and gates? Cause they look the same to me. Ridiculous.

12-20-2023If I could rate them a 0 I would. People if you have to use storage go to one that put their customers first. I have dealt with storages my entire life and Public Storage is a Corporation with no morals. Find a smaller Family owned and operated Facility because these guys are just Investors and it is about taking your stuff and selling it the first chance they have. I lost my home two weeks ago in a tornado I had tried for days to get someone to answer at this location Riley, left countless messages with no return call until hours away from my stuff being sold that is a tactic by the way. Then when this woman calls me and I told her my situation and all I was asking for is 24 hours to pay my bill because it was all I had left. 4 days before Christmas I had just lost all the other stuff I had plus my home this woman at this Corporation had no care or want to help me. Thank goodness by the grace of god a stranger heard me talking and paid my bill right then and there. I pray nobody else has lost their stuff to these greedy horrible company. I will beheading back there in a few days just to pull my stuff out of their and take to another unit because I have never been in my life treated the way this place did me. I rather throw my stuff in the trash before this place gets it.
