11-24-2023The fire that happened in Aug was very sad and unfortunate. I was told that my unit was directly affected and all of belongings were destroyed. I couldn't believe it :( The staff members reached out via email to inform me right away. They were communicative and provided as much assistance as they could. I am grateful that no one was injured. I hope for those who lost everything they owned, don't have as hard of a time with an insurance claim as I am having. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Easy online move in process.

10-02-2023I am very upset. They were very nice at first- there was a fire in the storage and since I live in AZ I have no idea the outcome. 14 days late and they are sending me a lien notice? So I guess the units are ok from the fire. They don't respond.

08-23-2023Funny how I only intended to use Extra Space Storage for a month while I look for a new apartment. I cant believe 7 years have gone by. Life happens and Im a traveler. But every single employee that I have encountered here have been extraordinary. I especially appreciate Ms. Debbie who recently helped me out with a situation.
