08-10-2024Well I just got the storage yesterday. I should have checked it before I payed for it .. I went to put my lock on it and inside was a pile of trash majority was rat droppings. So you rented me a unit that is clearly rat infested and you did not even have Decency to tell me, Yet you were quick to take my payment and ask me how long I was going to be renting. I am not happy at all I just hope that my unit doesn't get broken to because the ceiling in my unit looks like it doesn't even have a sealed it looks like all of the stuff that goes in the wall was falling in I was very upset unhappy
