We are currently looking for a storage unit due to moving and Ms. Derika Alexander was very informative, sweet and friendly, she answered any questions/concerns that I had. Also the Gentleman who initially greeted me before I walked in, asked if I needed assistance or had any questions and was very kind. Overall the experience was wonderful :) !
