Boasting one of the most unique park systems in the country, life in Denver and a love for nature go hand in hand. But that doesn't mean the city is short on suburban development and a welcoming of cutting edge technology. I would give it zero stars if i could, so i paid 62 dollars for my first month's rent had my stuff put inside the storage unit i was renting the next day I came back to look for my tax papers and social security card when one of the workers had walked by my unit then returned no more than 15min later to give me a paper saying they were terminating my rental agreement because I was loitering which I didn't understand how was that possible wheni was going through my stuff in the unit I was renting. Then i came back later on the next day to get my stuff out cause they only give you two days to do so and when i did the guy worker was very rude towards me came to remind me i had to move my stuff out that day he said which i had a whole other day according to the paper that was given to when my husband left with the first load of boxes i had stood since there wasn't room for me to leave during that load when he had came back the guy already froze mg pin number so he couldn't get back in until he had to ask him to open it. Overall it was the worst customer service experience I've experience and a waste of money that I'm not going to get back all because I was looking for my papers and social security card i needed.
Customer service is so important & they have it. There is a lot to read & sign, the staff was so helpful with getting it completed.
I work! Kinda hard to get to storage when you close 1 hour after business hours! Thats my drive hom3!!! Most storages dont close till way later!! This part sucks really bad
Very friendly staff. And premises are secured despite the high activity in the area. Highly recommended.
