02-05-2024If I can give this place zero stars I would. They never have anyone working in office and that would be fine if THEY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. They dont answer they do not care about their customers just the money . Since the only time theyll call is if youre late on a payment. They need better management and a better crew. ZERO STARS!

10-29-2023The new management gets FIVE STARS.....4 stars is because of the company itself...... At some point it would be nice to be appreciated as long term customers like maybe put a cap on the rate increases. That would be great. Anyway too or new management....i meant to write a review months ago when we got someone who actually WORKS & CARES about the property & customers..... You obviously understand customers are the reason you have this job. We've had a unit here like 3 years....... My son and i appreciate you so so much! I'm sorry i forgot to get your name. I was pleasantly surprised to pull in after a storm and see the driveway was finally repaved! YES! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE! I REALLY HOPE THE COMPANY RECOGNIZES MANAGERS LIKE YOU AND SHOWS IT!
