01-03-2024Pam is a rockstar!! I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She has been, by far the most helpful person I have worked with during my 10 years renting at Public storage. Incredibly knowledgeable and timely about the procedures. Above all else, she is a genuinely kind and helpful person. I was definitely not easy to deal with, but Pam consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was squared away. She has been way too good to me and she deserves some major kudos for her hard work. Pam-thank you for everything!!
