12-12-2023Made several phone calls. Stored here prior with no issues. Was told there was a $1 move in for the first month special. Was told this would reflect on reservation. Email confirming reservation showed this. Upon clicking the link in the literal same email to complete the reservation online it was completely removed. I was told move in costs for the first month would be estimated at 35 bucks. All in all they changed that REALLY fast to $156. HUGE difference. Upon calling customer service they told me there was no such thing as a $1 move in special. Despite it being in my email. Was advised to set up an appointment to see the property manager (would have to take time off of work) to show him the email. That they sent me. Yeah. Canceled that reservation and went to cube smart. They offer just the same. Yet at better price.
