08-23-2024Joey in Ladera Ranch as the face of your company is amazing. What I find criminal is the amount you charge for unit rentals. Your introductory rates are feasible but increasing rent every 4 months and increases at 40% is criminal and creates a financial hardship for me. Housing sales and rentals are going down not up but your rates are still increasing. Stop this and level off. Your units are always filled the company is not hurting but your tenants are.

08-20-2024I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage in Ladera Ranch for two years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The facility is always spotless and secure, making me feel confident that my belongings are well-protected. The storage units are easily accessible, and there are always plenty of push carts available, which makes moving items in and out a breeze. The remote gate access is incredibly convenient, allowing me to access my unit whenever I need to, and the hours of operation are flexible enough to accommodate my busy schedule. One of the best aspects of this location is its proximity to restaurants, stores, and a UPS store. This makes it easy to run errands and quickly stop by my unit when needed. However, the real highlight of my experience has been Joey at the front desk. Every time I've visited, Joey has gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. He is highly knowledgeable, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was finding the perfect unit for my needs at a great price or helping me relocate to a climate-controlled unit, Joey has consistently provided top-notch service. At one point, due to a price increase, I was considering moving to a new storage facility, but after talking with Joey, he was able to provide some options that made my decision easy to stay. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets this location apart. While I understand that prices may rise over time, the outstanding service provided by Joey and the convenience of this location make it well worth it. Because of Joey's exceptional customer service, I plan to remain a loyal customer for years to come.
