01-28-2024Was scammed into signing up by giving me the wrong dates that my storage would be valid to. I realized it after paying the $30.00 application fee that my storage expired several weeks before the date stated. I called to dispute this and the person said it wasn't refundable but agreed to refund it over the circumstances. It was never reversed on my credit card after two attempts, I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card. I know it's just $30.00, but it's the principle of being scammed into a contract. They then sent it over to a collection company.
