06-03-2025This was the most pleasant experience I had with any business located in Metairie. I suspect it is because the kiosk is self serve with live help from outside of this area- but still. I was in and out super fast, it was super easy, super secure, and affordable. I wish more businesses here would embrace technology because most of would rather deal with a computer screen and live support via video call, than deal with people with no sense of urgency who dont want to be at work (looking at the U place). I highly recommend this storage facility.
