With easy freeway access – we are just north from the Interstate 5 and Interstate 8 junction – you can get to us in just minutes from anywhere in the Mission Valley, Mission Bay, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Mission Hills or Ocean Beach areas.
Less than five miles from downtown San Diego, we are also an easily accessible location for customers coming from the Gaslamp District.
A 5x10 storage unit can be used for so many things. Whether it's a place to keep sandy beach gear throughout the year or a spot for University of San Diego students to store a few boxes or small furniture items, it's a space that offers a variety of storage solutions.
Local businesses near Old Town San Diego can pop over here in no time to pick up – or drop off – extra office supplies, inventory, equipment or extra office furniture, all of which can easily fit in a 10x20 storage unit.
If you love spending days soaking up the sun out on the water in Mission Bay or out in the Pacific Ocean, but need somewhere back on land to park the boat, check out one of our boat storage spaces with year-round access. We also offer rental parking spaces for car storage, truck storage, RV storage or motorcycle storage.
Most of our storage rentals are indoor storage units, which give you the privacy and comfort of accessing the unit from inside the building. There are also outdoor storage units with drive-up access and the facility features gated key-code access, along with a manager who lives on site, for extra peace of mind.
It's hard to beat life in San Diego. From the beach to the bay and all of the great shopping, dining and entertainment options nearby, we are a city that truly has it all. Joe at public storage on Sherman St. Was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me with everything today
Terrible people. They live there and steal from the customers at night. Dogs running wild all the time. Than they think they own the block. Don't risk it too many other storage facilities available to that that chance.
Visited Public Storage on Sherman Street today. Joe at the front was very very helpful very professional, kind, genuine, authentic, and a great employee. He would be wonderful anywhere. I recommend anyone to come to the storage and specifically asked for his help with your services needed. Also to corporate, I definitely think that Joe deserves a raise for his expertise and excellent customer service. He should be managing all of the stores and bumped up to possibly working under CEO. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Laura Lisa
Joe was extremely helpful and well spoken and helped me locate the perfect unit for the best price. I highly recommend speaking to this man for any, and all storage needs.
Very nice customer service and easy to understand
They will pro-rate your first month for move-in but will not pro-rate your last month for move-out! I did everything I could to move out before the 1st, but could not get the vehicle until the morning of the 2nd. They would not work with me and still charged the full month amount of $253. Then they ended my lease on the 2nd anyway! I had to call back to make sure my lease stayed active and my parking spot open for my use until the end of the month! Why would I work with them and let them double rent my space if they won't work with me?!?! Be careful, these guys are shady and borderline unethical. Also, read the 5 star reviews carefully and be aware of potential fakes to skew the rating average in their favor.
