10-13-2025Jaren, the store manager, was awesome. He helped us switched from a smaller unit into a larger one in less then 5 mins. He gave us a call the morning when the unit was available online and we made the switch. He is always at the front desk and so easy to reach and just helps with about anything you can ask for. Its nice to know that someone is always available some storage places have too much automation and its hard to find a real human, let alone a responsible one, to talk to for issues that may arise. We have never had any kind of problem here and are so happy its so close and convenient.

10-11-2025My girlfriend and I just got a place together and needed storage last minute. We got a spot and went in to drop off everything. There was a complication with the code I was given to get in. It was on a Sunday and no one was at the facility. I called for assistance and Jaren came all the way to help me. He came even though it was his kids birthday. Great guy and he really saved my day! 5 Stars! Jaren is awesome!

10-08-2025I went in looking for a 4x5 unit but they didnt have any available, so I didnt end up renting this time. However, Jarens customer service was excellent! He even took the time to check other storage locations for me, but unfortunately they didnt fit my needs. Thanks to Jarens professionalism and helpful attitude, Ill definitely come back in the future or recommend him to friends and family who are looking for storage.
