02-12-2024I moved in back in August, I am a pandemic nurse who dedicated his life to helping people and in September I became unemployed through no fault of my own. Shortly before that, my car broke down and through a series of costly repairs my accounts became drained very quickly, I fell behind, I notified both storage companies "Price Self Storage" & this facility, Price refused to work with me, charging me astronomical amounts for their spaces to rent, and their staff are notoriously rude. They don't interact with you at all unless they want money from you. If you need anything from them they stare at you with a look that seems to say "how dare you talk to me" Thanks to their over priced units I racked up quite the bill extremely quickly so much so that by the time I found steady work again it was going to take me time to save up the payment. In the end the contents of my storage locker were sold at auction for a $100 meanwhile the contents of the locker were easily 15x that. Lets discuss security, simply put, unbeatable. The site has 3 sets of locked security doors that can only be unlocked by your phone, then once inside you have your actual security lock on your unit. Public storage worked with me during this time, they understood my struggles and they made me deals, trusted me, and sympathized with me, and in the end? I am not gainfully employed again, suing my old employer, and i am up to date on payments and enrolled in autopay with public storage. Silver linings.
