11-20-2023The 10x20 was 9.5 feet, which is approximate however the length is only 18ft 4in, nowhere near approximate, lost a lot of space in volume because there measurements aren't correct

11-12-2023It was great because I forgot to put my phone number down on my reservation and I didnt have a storage unit on whole online for me and the property manager Carole gave me a storage unit for $5.00 dollars cheaper than I would have paid for the storage unit online and I will never forget it and I really appreciated it because I had 3 months to move after I lived in the same house for 33 years when my landlord passed away and his brother and wife became my new landlords and they sold the place out from under me Carole helped me and she was great she helped me when I really needed it and I thank her very much
