I loaded up my vehicle to drop some items off over at this location tonight. 1. I was never informed that the front gate was non-operable for what appears via reviews for over 2 months now? 2. You leave the storage units freely accessible via the exit door during operating hours? 3. You have not changed your hours to reflect your broken front door. Nevertheless, I cancelled and went with a different solution. Just be honest with your customers prior to them signing up with you, save both parties money and time.
