02-21-2024We rented a unit to move into Nov.3rd. of 2023. We had to put a lock on it as per their requirements before moving in. On Nov. 3rd. we went to get prepared to move in and found water standing in the unit with water damage. We showed this to the manager immediately. She checked to see if we could switch units and was told that we could not do that without the price doubling. She told us at that time we would be refunded our money. Since that point, I have called numerous times since we never received our refund. Again, I was told by different people the refund was on the way. Nothing happened. I have stopped in numerous times and no one has been in the office, and they never answer the phone. Today 2/22/24 I called and finally got someone. I explained the situation again, and I was told because we had the lock on the unit (as required by them) we would not get a refund. I find this company will take your money, but refuse to refund on an issue that was theirs and did nothing to help us. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not even worthy of one star since we were cheated by them!
