02-13-2024I am long time customer in this location (1352 Holton lane, Tacoma park, MD) I chose to stay in this place because of its proximity, easy acessesability, safety, cleanness, and the quality of service that I received from the management who work in this. All in all, again and still I want to thank the workers for their restless effort to satisfy us. Really, to tell the truth, my appreciation for these workers is beyod my this statement. When I see how they handle the customer, fairness & openness, how they manage the property in a professional way, just simply I can say that they are the gift of the company. Sincerely yours Belay

01-30-2024So bad administration. They only have like 3 carts and broken how is this possible with all this units. Thats really frustrating. I dont know how manager cant handle this situacin. when the other administration were here was amazing a lot of carts if you want to load something here expect to wait 30min or more trust me.

01-10-2024Just had the unit 3 weeks. Never got the free month. Went to go grab a few items only to see nice/rat droppings in my bags!!! What in the heck!! I grabbed a book to read only to see the mice/rats had been chewing on it. This is freaking ridiculous. Of course now I must nervously go and pull my items out of my unit and shake every daggone thing out and repackage it in zip closure packaging hoping that will keep them out of my items. I have yet to understand all the rat mice infestation that seems to an issue here in various cities in PG county. Looked at 12 apartment complexes all had rodents. Insurance or no insurance, public storage needs to combat the issue. I don't know of other locations but this one definitely has rodents. I'm definitely getting my things out of there ASAP.
