Matt was very attentive and signed us up in a very short time. Great man to deal with.
The facility is very convenient clean and friendly Matt the property manager is very helpful and treats every customer with care and courtesy
Angie was so nice and helpful to me, she went beyond to make everything perfect
The manager is mean and nasty!! When he finally opened the door, after literally ignoring us the first 2 times, he did not respond when I said hello. He just weirdly stared at me. I asked him how to turn the light on in the bathroom and he rudely said "it doesn't work". It did not work the last time we were here and that was 7 weeks ago (it is really dark inside) Just like last time, no soap in there as well. We have used this place for many years, it used to be great. The prices used to be compatible with their competition but now they are a LOT more and they go up without notice. We have automatic payment set up so we didn't realize it was happening. Keep a close eye on your charges from them.
