I was in the middle of a long drive and honestly feeling pretty rough when I called to set up a unit. I had originally planned to come in person, but Nancy immediately stepped in and said she could help me get everything handled over the phone. She walked me through the process, got the unit set up quickly, and made the whole thing incredibly easy. Customer service like that is rare these days. Nancy was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful when I needed it most. If youre looking for storage in the area, this is absolutely the place to go (and if you get Nancy, youre in great hands).
