Wednesday had excellent customer service.
Kristen C., the property manager has the absolute worst attitude I have ever encountered at any storage unit facility. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didnt even want to do a little bit of walking to show me a unit and she kept rolling her eyes when I would ask questions or seek clarification. Im not sure how someone with such an atrocious attitude has the position she does but she really needs to seek a position where shes not interacting with people because she is the absolute worst. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint. This location seems to be going down hill.
1. If I could give I would I call malarkey on customers always first with this facility. IN 1 year my unit went from $50,then creeped up to in Feb 1st 2024 it would have been $81. NOPE, NADA ... EVER to PS
This location sucks and yes it is most definitely the employees. Rent at another location if you can. They lock up the carts in the office so they can't be used. Just hateful!
