They only call you and it is impossible to get in touch with a person. These degenerate thieves lied to me about how much time I had left and auctioned my unit out from under my nose. They sold over a thousand dollars worth of stuff and still have the arrogance to say I owed them $87 because they under sold it. If you are late on payments because you are poor, prepare to receive a $200 late fee slap, making it further impossible to recover your items. Public storage is completely negligent in their customer service so rent at your own peril.
