07-15-2024Showed up at the office but no one was there. No worries. Called the toll free number from the parking lot and rented a unit over the phone and was able to immediately check out the unit and secure it with the free lock. It's now 3 weeks later and I'm moving out. Notified the staff member after we cleared out and swept up. Easy peasy.
