03-05-2024This location will show a deceptive way of getting customers by a cheaper rate and $1 first month if you ask for it otherwise you start with the cheapest rate until about two months 3rd month price will triple 3x what you signed an agreement for. Then careful with errors on my bill because you will have a hard time getting your money back

03-02-2024Theres rats in my storage unit and now I have to find away to get rid of things. The insurance only covers $250 and itll cost almost triple just to get everything removed from there. Luckily there was some things they didnt get to, but it sucks that I thought my stuff would be safe and Im paying all this money.

02-25-2024I truly wish I didn't even have to write this review, but storing my items in between moves here caused me to lose out on hundreds, perhaps thousands of dollars due to damages caused by rats. Not mice. Rats. I know they were rats because I saw a dead rat with my own eyes. I will spare you the image upload. When I had my movers unlock my unit after about 2 months they immediately smelled the rat urine and noticed rodant droppings, but that was not it. Upon further inspection we noticed there were tons of items that were also chewed up. When I went up to the front desk, they were basically like "yeah..." and encouraged me to reach out to the insurance, which I had on the unit directly from public storage. What a mistake, they basically don't cover off on anything. The notice said $250 worth of damages, the mattress I had to toss due to rodent urine exposure alone was over $700. I had no food in the unit, just furniture and clothing. Nothing that would attract the small creatures. If you are thinking about storing here, I hope you read this comment and save yourself of the same misfortune.
