02-15-2024My wife wanted to get a climate controlled unit from here. We went to the office and the doors were locked and no one was there. She then called and spoke to an associate on the phone and the experience was awful. The associate was not helpful, rude, and spoke to her like she was an idiot. 1 star is being generous, definitely won't be getting a unit here if this is how they do business.

02-03-2024We moved out a day into our billing cycle. They made us pay for a whole month for two storage units we arent using and will most likely make money off those units for their new renters. It might be shrewd business but it is highly unethical. I would avoid this company at all costs.
