02-25-2024Came here on Sunday with my movers and the lady who claimed to be the manager made me wait 2 hours before coming to let us in. Keep in mind I have to pay the movers by the hour. After calling to let her know I was coming, as soon as we arrived she just disappeared for 2 hours. I was told on the phone that I needed to show ID in order to be let in so it was very unprofessional given the amount of time we stood there for. When she finally came, she didnt apologize or seem to care about making us wait. She just said that shes the only one here today and that she doesnt get paid enough to be there.. She had a very unfriendly demeanor and was inconsiderate/rude during the whole experience. Would have gone somewhere else if I could but that location was the closest to me.

02-23-2024Nan is EVERYTHING you would want and need in a manager. Hard working and always smiling. Been seeing a lot of new faces but Nan is the most consistent face Ive seen. Im here so much we are practically family lol. The property is nice and clean again, ONLY complaint I may have would be about low cart supply but thats not on her I know its the higher ups. Anyway keep being you and keep up the fantastic job
