I recently decided to store some furniture pieces, totes of holiday decorations and other household items that needed to be out of the way while our home is going through some renovations. I met with Tracy B. around 5:26pm as I was having to come directly from work on a Friday and the offices close at 6pm. Tracy B. was so nice, she walked me through the whole sign up process which was a breeze, even though it was close to closing time I never felt rushed and the whole check-in process was completed in about 15 minutes. The storage unit was clean, spacious and prepped for me because of the pre-registration/reserve online option. The restrooms are clean and conveniently located among the units. Tracy B. was so helpful, incredibly nice, funny, courteous and knowledgeable about the facility. If you are lucky enough to have her for your intake you are in good hands. Extra Space Storage is in a great location with easy accessibility and drive up access to all climate controlled units. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you're looking for different sized options for long-term or short-term storage because they have flexiblity with no required length of stay and monthly rental options. This location was an easy breeze getting me signed up. The ladies here really take pride in helping you make this process simple. Its an inside location so no getting rained on when you are trying to move into your unit. They are all climate controlled which is a nice upgrade without the upgrade price. They have security and gates which makes my items more secured. I am glad I chose this location.
