02-04-2024I have had the worst experience so far at this location, and I've been with Public Storage for years (new to this location). I paid $1000 to move my stuff in to this location, only to find that the door was broken in two places on my move-in day. No one ever checked it before move in. A neighbor said the person there before me also reported this door broken and they never fixed it. They promised they would fix the door within 5 days and would call me with updates. No one ever called. No one is returning my calls. I called again today and the person on the phone Casi said he doesn't normally work there, can't look anything up, has no notes in the system for my account, and can't do anything. I asked about the work order. He said he doesn't know how to look them up. I told him I gave them a copy of my key to fix things and he said he doesn't know where it is. I asked for his boss's name and he said Dawn is the district manager but doesn't know her name or her email. What exactly is going on at Public Storage in Irvine? Now it's raining and I'm worried that they have lost my key, can't help me, and never put a ticket in in the first place despite what I was promised. This is very stressful and I would be happy if they can make it right. But it's all been bad so far... Dawn, please call us!
