07-26-2023Looking for last minute storage could be hectic or so I thought. I walked into simply self storage 20 minutes before closing and was met with two friendly faces. Dawn and Tamia. They both were very helpful explained everything to me so I was aware of the policy. Took the time out to show me the size different in storages. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. Dawn and the manager Tamia should be recognized for their excellent customer service. Great place and clean environment.
