Office manager was always super helpful when I reached out via phone and in person. She is also very knowledgable and was almost always able to answer my questions immediately. Highly recommend working with her, as she is very friendly and resourceful!
I have to leave a very bad for this place. I have had my things in there since September or October 2021. And the last time that I try to get my clothes in there, they were all moldy. The front door is broken for over six months. They change the doors locks and did not send any email nor prior notification.I dont go to the storage space often so I only found out months later. And adding to that, they increase the rent on the space without any explanation given. Its been increased over three times since I moved my things in there. I tried calling the property , who ever answered wouldnt let me speak and kept interrupting me. She was the rudest and hung up on me. They need to hire someone with qualified customer service skills because that is not the way to treat your customers. And I have complained about their treatment every time that I called them for a reason or another. Im not sure if this is worth $140 a month .
We had to travel further to find a storage after having a bad experience at another location. Our experience with Tee the manager at Longpoint was awesome ,she was welcoming to us and took time listening and making our experience nice and pleasant.
