So far it was an easy process. I was able to do everything online and through text messaging which was pleasant. Faculty was very clean and instructions clear.

This is my first time renting a storage space. I chose Extra Space Storage because it is nice and clean. After meeting the manager, Chelsea. I decided to extended my lease there. Chelsea, whom is very welcoming, helpful and understanding. Since its my first time renting a storage space, I was undecided about the size of storage space I needed. Chelsea was very understanding and would accommodate to whatever needed. I had never encountered someone as kind and caring as Chelsea. She is so awesome and would like to share.
