01-27-2024Agree DISAPPOINTING. They never said rates would be raised every year. They have raised my rate almost double in 2 years. If we are loyal customers, or are in a hardship situation, or lost home and are currently homeless, they don't care. I understand I rate a space, but it does not sign and dance or open on its own...I can't afford rent when I am paying rent for a storage unit..Called customer service they couldn't help with lowering
