01-13-2024I would give Jeremy 10 STARS if they were available. He made the entire process smooth, efficient, fast and completely painless. Jeremy provided all the information I requested and more that I didn't consider. I set up my storage on Saturday and moved in on Sunday, no problems whatsoever. Everything worked exactly as he indicated. Couldn't be happier than with the service, attention to detail, consideration and fantastic attitude demonstrated by Jeremy. Public Storage is lucky to have him as the human face and human touch of this organization. He made ALL the DIFFERENCE! Thank you, Jeremy!

01-12-2024I visited this location because I was sent from the current Casselberry location I have been using for 15 years which is now a kiosk facility. I really dislike the fact that there is no one there if you need help. I wanted to rent a second unit. I tried, making calls to my current location and the main Public Storage number. I was told that I even though I reserved a unit online I had to go to my Casselberry location to complete my new rental on the kiosk; that was useless, it could not be done! II was then sent to the Maitland location where Jeremy was very personable and very professional. He solved all my issues within minutes. He is truly an asset to the Public Storage Company. I wish I could move everything there where Jeremy is in charge.. I would like the kiosk facilities to go back to having people man those facilities!
