06-18-2025Ive rented at several storage units, from Public Storage and other chains. This location is by far the absolute worst. Its so poorly maintained and managed. Ive only been here 3 months and Im ready to leave as soon as the elevator is fixed (already one month its been broken and no date for when it will be fixed). Had to use the stairs last time and the stairwell is pitch black when I got in. Supposed to be an emergency exit, but no lights work. When I told the staff member about this, she tells me I was supposed to use a different one. Completely ignoring the fact that this is a major safety hazard. The bathrooms are always locked, even during normal business hours. Once you get through the gate, all other access areas are completely open (entry door and elevator are all supposed to be secure access, but they just turned it off). Its almost impossible to reach anyone in the office and their business hours are never posted anywhere (door, online, etc). The entry gate stops working at 8pm even though it says 9pm. I found out by getting stuck inside before 9pm. And the worst part is Im paying $400/month for a medium space. This place is so terribly managed and whenever you mention any problems, they act like youre overreacting. Ive rented at other Public Storage places and they are significantly better. Stay away from this place and fire the managers or whoever is running this place
