03-27-2024If you're a thief, please come here, these units are super easy to break into and it happens all the time! On Jan 19th, my unit and 6 others were broken into. Despite having 16 cameras watching at all times, the storage unit wasn't able to find any footage of the perpetrators. Then again a few days ago I learned of another 2 units that were broken into. I think the thieves figured out nobody can stop them. That's at least 8 units in 2 months. Yours could be next if you rent here! In addition, the managers decided to raise the rent on me a month after the break in, and refused any sort of compensation for my issues, or even just not raising the rent! Lastly, if you're one of the lucky ones to not get broken into, you won't even be able to get to your stuff. Most of the time an elevator is broken, and sometimes(like today) they're both broken! And there's no way to get to the 2nd floor without the elevator(the stairs are locked), so you're SOL. I've attached a photo of the police report, as well as the police checking out my unit.
