The most disgusting customer service there is no one to talk to. For two weeks I have been asking to be moved to another parking lot. Even this morning I was there and there was a guy in the office, I talked to him and explained to him that I can't park a Beagle there, that it's not an addict parking lot. It's sand. I told them for two weeks that I was afraid of getting stuck in the sand where I talked to maybe 30 people on the phone one by one to no avail. Until today I was stuck and stuck for 4 hours I called them no one wanted to help me. I brought a tow truck and it cost me $400. Please do your property a favor. Do not go there and do not rent anything
Gate code didn't work 1st day of reservation. C.S. coulnt get gate to open. Management didn't respond. Told me it could take 3 days. Won't refund the admin fee of $29. I have to wait to see about refund for the the lock/taxes and whatever else I paid. That could take 2 days. Terrible. And can't transfer locations.
Nice new place on SR 200. Clean and well maintained.
