02-28-2024Got a storage from them, paid in advance, told them Id be driving down from Palm Springs and when Id be arriving and they told me they would make sure to let me in since they needed to verify my ID, and I arrived before closing and they werent here, let me drive from California here, told me theyd wait, then didnt and wont answer the phone. Canceled my reservation right away, talked to people who are here already and all had a bad experience. Choose somewhere else

11-21-2023It's getting better...security wise!!! Now a code to get in the elevator...I love it But wait did you know, that after your first six months or so, the rent goes up! It has happen to me cuz they know they got you...cuz you got have the storage...they cut the price and then after six months the rent goes up and boom they got you cuz you need the storage....gotta love it

11-21-2023It's getting better...security wise!!! Now a code to get in the elevator...I love it But wait did you know, that after your first six months or so, the rent goes up! It has happen to me cuz they know they got you...cuz you got have the storage...they cut the price and then after six months the rent goes up and boom they got you cuz you need the storage....gotta love it
