01-15-2024I would rate it a ZERO if I could! The south entry door for vehicles has been broken for over a year. There are NO carts - initially they only had 2 carts for a building with hundreds of units. Elevators are unreliable. The entire grounds are dirty, inside and out. There is VERY RARELY anyone in the office. And the bathrooms are not working.

11-24-2023Personally, if I could give this unit a negative star I would! I had the worst experience possible at this storage unit and not only was I disrespected, but I got stuck in the elevator with a broken call button and I am five months pregnant and the staff proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and their elevator was working, but when they went with me, I had prove to him that it was broken. I am highly upset with the storage unit and not only with that I did not get my full refund back And I wasnt even there for 30 minutes because I was trapped in the elevator for 15

11-20-2023I live nearby and am tired of seeing discarded furniture and trash pile up. For more than two weeks there has been a pile of garbage in the front of your business. Update: 6 months later and now we have to stare at Graffiti. This graffiti has been here two months and nothing has been done. Still trash too! Update: This place is still an eye soar and hurts our neighborhood. For the past 3 weeks, the large pull up door is broken, the side of the building was smashed by a car, and the parking lot is littered with trash and discarded furniture.
