Regarding this location, I've been there many times and only once has anyone actually been in the office when they were supposed to be. At least the Kiosk videochat service tried to help me out. The most helpful person was the Janitor, who couldn't do much when there was a mixup over the keys after the locks were changed this year, but she deserves credit for trying. She also keeps the place relatively clean. If public storage could use doors that keep out more dust, that would be great. The stuff I had near the door got absolutely filthy. Obviously this is a known risk, and you should cover stuff that you don't want to get dirty, but don't underestimate the amount of dirt that can get in
