Many thanks to Hau for assisting with my storage unit needs. Shared my concerns and in less than 10 minutes she resolved everything for me. Great customer service and excellent problem solving skills.
Great experience Hau was great helping me with my storage unit
I came to visit the property during working hours and Ive been waiting outside for the past hour, theres no staff inside the office. Tried different phone calls to reach them, but no one picked it up and no ones at the office. Terrible.
Very nice staff and very helpful, definitely recommend.
I have owned successfully business in my life and dealt with hundreds of employees. I cant say enough about the manager here in Aiea. Sean is not just a good property manager but hes a good man. Hes always there to answer questions and even proactive if thing dont go as planned. He maintains a clean and organized facility. His staff is also very tentative, polite and respectful, and always being there to help if needed. I would hire this guy in a second for customer relations if he didnt really love what he does. You cant go wrong using public storage in Aiea with Sean and his staff. Mahalo Hugh
