03-18-2024Samantha was amazing! She was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to help my family and I with setting up an account, holding, and renting a storage unit! We had trouble getting our password, and most people would have just said oh well, maybe next time. But she took the initiative and made some calls so that we could get sent a link that would help us make a new one! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and just wanted to say thank you for all that she did!
